・しょうゆ 大さじ2

砂糖、酢、しょうゆ、おろししょうがを入れる。

フライパンにサラダ油を入れて熱する。

豆腐を器に盛り付け、タレをかけて完成!片栗粉を振りすぎたかな、ちょっとねっとりしてた。タレの酢はもう少し少なくしてもいいかもしれない。次回大さじ1を大さじ1/2にしてみるかな。
