卵を割って溶き卵を作る。

・水 大さじ1/2
片栗粉と水で水溶き片栗粉を作っておく。

・鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
鍋に鶏ガラスープの素を入れる。

・こしょう 少々
・しょうゆ 大さじ1
・水 400cc
塩、こしょう、しょうゆ、水を入れて煮立たせる。

えのき、ねぎを加えて再沸騰させ、1分煮る。

水溶き片栗粉を回し入れる。

とろみがつくまで混ぜる。

溶き卵を入れてゆっくりと混ぜる。

完成!とろみがいい感じ。若干味が薄かったようなので、次回はしょうゆ小さじ1を大さじ1に変更しよう。
