白菜がしんなりしてきたら、砂糖を入れる。

塩、みりん、酒、しょうゆを入れて再び煮る。

溶き卵を入れて半熟になるまで放置後、軽く混ぜる。

・小口ネギ 適量
器に盛り、ネギを散らして完成!ちょい薄味かな。油揚げは多すぎると思って1枚にした。ほんだしを少し入れると美味しいかも。
